FORMTEK manufactures standard or oval slotted bushes in batches and narrow tolerances by applying proven production processes in the most demanding forms with our form machines and form-cutting molds that are designed and manufactured in-house. While the slotted bushes we manufacture are fast, reliable and multifunctional, we are pleased to offer our customers exceptional performance parts. Oval and standard bushes are produced in our form machines.

• Outer diameter values of Bush: Ø3- Ø80mm
• Bush sheet/wall thickness: min 0.2-2.5mm (varies according to width)
• Bush width values: 2mm-70mm (varies according to sheet thickness)
• Tolerances: ± 0.05mm minimum outer diameter, ± 0.03mm inner diameter
• Mold making and sample delivery time: 15-25 working days (may vary depending on heat treatment and coating processes.)
